Factsheets and Legacy Scheme Booklets
-
Factsheets
The factsheets also give a handy overview of the current benefits in the Scheme built up from 1 January 2013. Please note that the factsheets outline the main features of the Unite Pension Scheme, but they cannot cover every detail. The official documents governing the Scheme are its legally governing trust deed and rules. These formal deeds and rules would always override the factsheets, if any difference came to light between them.

Legacy Scheme Booklets
Please click here to see the legacy scheme booklets for all benefits built up before 1 January 2013. Please note that whilst the legacy booklets outline the main features of the various legacy schemes they represent, they cannot cover every detail of each legacy scheme (and may only cover the benefits available at the time they were produced). The official documents governing each legacy scheme are their legally governing trust deeds and rules. These formal deeds and rules will always override the legacy booklets if any difference came to light between the two.
